Greetings. If I may share.

I am profoundly grateful for the experience to have been a part of The Welkin. I have so much to say but cannot seem to put it in words. I’ve been struggling to let go of the camaraderie, the connection, the surprise of every performance.

I find myself transported back to one particular matinee performance when the fire alarm went off and the entire theater evacuated. So exciting! It was nuts! As we calmly returned to finish the show, the company held hands behind the curtain willing ourselves back into the same spiritual realm. The curtain went up and the whole theater – the audience and company – picked up at the exact moment we left off and came into the same presence to share the play. Being a part of an Atlantic production created a sense of community & affinity that transcends the stage.

I want to thank you, the audiences, for being part of this incredible community. Atlantic is nothing without all of you: valiant champions who lift up our work every day and help us celebrate connection.

Atlantic’s mission and brilliant productions rely on the generosity of artists, audiences, and patrons. The Board of Directors has collectively offered a 1:1 match of up to $150,000 for any gifts received by August 31! With $98,000 raised so far, Atlantic is making significant progress towards their goal.
