In a back street in the West Village, Jacob Towney tries to save the restaurant that has been his home for longer than he can remember and release his daughter to the life he dreams she can have. His place is a home for the odd ghosts of the village. It is out of place and out of time and running out of luck.
Cornelia Street runs 2 hours and 25 minutes including one 10 minute intermission.
Please note: This production contains haze/fog.

“Mark Eitzel’s score is Michelin-worthy! He is a master lyricist. Norbert Leo Butz slices and dices like a pro. Small, intimate & heartfelt!”

“Musical theater fans will want to make their way to Atlantic Theater Company for a bevy of formidable talents & terrific performances! The songs are lovely, displaying the composer’s ample gifts for melody. And they’re beautifully orchestrated, with the small onstage band featuring such instruments as harp, tuba, and trombone.”
Frank Scheck, New York Stage Review
“A tribute to a much-loved, crazy-making city and human survival within it against the odds.”
