Reviews

“A glorious revival! Ms. Churchill is one of the wisest and bravest playwrights on the planet! James Macdonald’s pheromone-fresh production features a deliciously mutable cast who feel utterly, emotionally in the moment! This compassionate, tough-loving production finds the ecstasy, tragedy, and exhilarating madness of what it means to be part of this eternal ball of confusion.”
The New York Times
“Valiant and meaningful! Superbly acted! As a cast, their chemistry and potential is undeniable! What I’m saying is go!
The Huffington Post
“A superb revival that has only grown fuller, meatier, sadder, funnier, sexier, and more provocative! An excellent cast will haunt me as long as the original.”
New York Magazine
“All perfect! Impeccably cast and directed! Nothing compares to the head-spinning, giddy thrills and vertiginous goings-on in Churchill’s still-wonderfulCloud Nine ! Elusive, important, and seriously fun!”
