NANCY HARRIS was born and raised in Dublin. Theatre credits include Love In a Glass Jar (Peacock Theatre Dublin), Journey to X (National Theatre Connections), The Man With The Disturbingly Smelly Foot A Version of ‘Philoctetes’ by Sophocles for children (Unicorn Theatre, London) Our New Girl (The Bush Theatre, London) The House Next Door (The Bush Theatre, Sixty-Six Books), No Romance (Abbey Theatre, Dublin) The Kreutzer Sonata (Gate Theatre, London), Little Dolls (The Bush Theatre, Broken Space Season). Nancy received The Rooney Prize for Irish Literature and The Stewart Parker Award In 2012. She was also a finalist for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize that same year. She is currently under commission to The Abbey Theatre, The National Theatre London, and The Unicorn Theatre.
