Reyes has worked extensively in television, theater and film for the last 20 years and remains a founding member of NYC’s Labyrinth Theater Company. Reyes is thrilled to be expanding her role in Hollywood by executive-producing an animated video series entitled “LaGolda.” Sponsored by UnitedHealthcare’s “Do Good. Live Well.” initiative, “LaGolda” tells the story of an eight-year-old Latina orphan who uses soccer to bring awareness to a variety of social and environmental issues with the goal of engaging kids to take action and give back to their communities. Inspired by the animation, Reyes and its creator, George Valencia, started the Sound of Gol Foundation, whose mission is to build strong leaders for tomorrow through the game of soccer.
