Heather Robb (Entertainer Cover) is a musician and screenwriter based in Los Angeles, where she lives with her partner and son. She’s a member of folk/rock trio The Spring Standards, with whom she released four albums and performed on Conan. She’s also released three solo EPs, and has appeared as a featured vocalist alongside artists such as Rhett Miller and Lucius. As a screenwriter, she recently wrote on the first season of CBS’s Sheriff Country and Hulu’s Cruel Summer. She’s currently developing a biopic with Rocket Pictures (Elton John) and Jersey Films 2nd Ave (Danny DeVito) about the life of AIDS activist Ryan White. She’d like to dedicate today’s performance to her mom (Karen) and Aunt Sue, who have always supported her artistic pursuits, and have been wonderful examples of how to raise strong, independent daughters — a skill she will need in roughly four weeks.
