Dante Green (Director, if you bury me). (they/she/he) is a Brooklyn-based theatre director. They are the Founding Artistic Director of The Makers’ Ensemble and a Co-Director of The Brick Theater. Dante is also a Roundabout Director’s Cohort 7 Member, a Mercury Store Project Lab Director, and a member of the Network of Ensemble Theaters. Dante has worked as an Associate Director for Sarah Benson on several productions, including the Obie-winning shows TEETH (Playwrights Horizons/New World Stages) and The Welkin (Atlantic). They have also been a primary collaborator of é’s, co-developing their play, LIGHT + HOUSE, with The Makers’ Ensemble (2024) and the cell theatre (2026).
