1. How many shows does Atlantic produce per season?
Atlantic Theater Company produces 6 shows a season, plus 2 Atlantic for Kids shows. Interested in seeing it all of them? The best option for you is the A-Plus, which provides 1 ticket to each Atlantic Theater Company production, with discounts to Atlantic for Kids shows!
2. How much are Atlantic for Kids tickets?
If you have an A-Plus or A-Flex, you can purchase tickets at $15 for adults and $10 for kids aged 10 or less. Those tickers are regularly $20 for adults and $15 for kids.
3. Do Atlantic Passports ever sell out?
Every season is different, but this is certainly possible. They did sell out for our 2017|2018 season. We recommend purchasing your Passport as early in the season as possible to make the greatest advantage of your member benefits.
5. How can I ensure that I receive all important Atlantic Theater Company information?
Please ensure that we have your most up to date mailing address and email address on file. If anything has changed, you can update via your OvationTix account, or feel free to reach out with your new information by emailing email@example.com.
6. When can I book my tickets?
All members will be alerted via a postcard and email at the start of each show’s 4-week priority booking period. Ticket on sale dates may vary and will be posted online once announced. (Pro tip: please do not unsubscribe from our email list as we use it for important communications like this one!)
7. Can I book premium seats?
The A-Plus passport is the only membership that allows you to book premium seats. If premium seating is a priority for you, please consider purchasing the A-Plus Passport! If you have an A-Flex and would like to move into premium seats, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
8. Do I get tickets to Atlantic’s Broadway transfers?
Passports are specific to our Linda Gross and Atlantic Stage 2 productions and do not cover tickets to our Broadway transfers. That said, we will always do our best to pass on any exclusive discounts offered by the show’s commercial producers.
9. Do I get priority booking for extensions?
Your 4-week priority booking period applies to the announced run of a show only. If a show extends, tickets will go on sale to everyone at once. If you’d like to book your member tickets into an extension, you are welcome to do so as long as there are still tickets available!
EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, MISSED PERFORMANCES:
10. Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes! You may exchange your tickets as many times as you’d like, up to 24-hours before your scheduled performance time, subject to availability.
11. What happens if a production is sold out?
We are only able to book tickets and honor member exchanges if there are seats available. As such, we highly recommend using your priority booking period to your advantage. For sold-out productions, we are only able to offer member exchanges in the event of other ticket cancellations.
12. I missed a performance, what are my options?
If a performance is missed and we are not alerted prior to curtain time, that ticket will be marked as used and may not be rebooked. Please do your best to let us know in advance if your plans change.
13. I wasn’t able to use all of my tickets, can I transfer them to next season?
Unfortunately, no, we cannot transfer tickets across seasons. If you purchase a 2018|2019 passport, your tickets must be used during the 2018|2019 season.
14. Can I bring my friends to the show?
Absolutely! Both the A-Plus and A-Flex packages come with 1 guest ticket per production at a 20% discount. Full price tickets vary for each show and each of our spaces, so the price of a guest ticket will also vary. You are very welcome to bring a friend to every production if you’d like!
15. I bought an A-Flex, how do I pick which shows to see?
The great thing about this Passport is the added flexibility! You do not need to select your shows of choice in advance, and instead may select the shows you’d like to see on a rolling basis during our 2018|2019 season. Your tickets won’t expire until the final day of the season’s final show. While it is helpful to know which of our 6 productions you may be interested in, this isn’t necessary information up-front when purchasing your A-Flex Passport.
16. What happens if I use up all my Flex tickets but then later decide I want to see more?
Both the 6-Flex and 4-Flex Passports come with 1 guest ticket per production at a 20% discount. Did your purchase the 4-Flex but later want to see 5 shows? Easy! You can purchase your 5th ticket at the member guest rate and use it for yourself.
17. Are there any events with Atlantic artists?
Indeed! For each of our 4 productions at the Linda Gross Theater, we offer a member talkback night. Participating artists are not announced in advance, but typically involve both cast and creative and take place in the theater immediately following the performance. Talkbacks typically occur on Tuesday evenings and the exact date for each show will be listed on the member booking postcard you receive in the mail.
18. How do I use my Atlantic Acting School Discount?
Both A-Plus and A-Flex passport holders have access to 15% off select part-time Atlantic Acting School classes. We offer everything from kid’s summer camps to beginners acting classes for adults! To see if the class you are interested in is covered under this discount, please email email@example.com before enrolling.
19. I can’t attend a performance, can I donate my ticket as a tax deductible donation?
If you have an A-Plus or A-Flex, your tickets have been paid for up front and have a $0 value in our ticketing system. Because of this, we are not able to process the ticket as a donation. However, we will gladly return the ticket to your account to be used for a different performance.
If you have an A-Tix, you paid for your ticket separately from your membership, so we will gladly process your ticket as a donation. Once it has been processed, you will receive a letter from our development department acknowledging your donation.
20. I’m interested in supporting the work Atlantic does on and off stage and joining your Patron Program. How do I upgrade my membership?
We’d love nothing more! For the A-List experience, join our patron program with a donation of $1,750 and enjoy 2 premium seats at every Atlantic Theater Company and Atlantic for Kids production for 1 year, along with intimate dinners and receptions with Atlantic artists. Click here for more details!
